I am Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist through the NSCA. This gives me the knowledge based on research and best practice to allow me to design an exercise program specific to your fitness or weight loss goals. I will do a comprehensive assessment to determine specific strength and flexibility issues, take into consideration of your medical history, prior injuries, prior or upcoming surgeries, and life style to come up with a program that allows you to reach your goals.
