I am a qualified and experienced physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist who has been helping patients in the Detroit area regain their health and wellness since 1987. I use evidence-based treatments, including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to solve my patients' health problems. My experience as a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), allows me to establish exercise programs that take into account various musculoskeletal issues to help you with fitness and help keep you injury- free.
